Al Atar, un artista aficionado libio, fue proclamado en
la noche del domingo como el mejor cantante en el concurso
conocido como 'Super Star 2004', una versión árabe
de 'Operación Triunfo'. La final, en la que derrotó
al aspirante palestino, fue seguida por millones de personas
desde sus hogares. Sólo el domingo se contabilizaron
en el programa casi cuatro millones de votos a través
del teléfono. |

sont faits! Il cantante libico Ayman al-Aatar ha vinto Star
Academy 2004. Il reality show che ha catturato l’attenzione
di 3.2 milioni di spettatori si è concluso con l’annuncio
di ieri: il vincitore è stato Ayman, che ha ottenuto
il 54% delle votazioni, rispetto all’altro amatissimo
finalista, il palestinese Ammar Hasan. I telespettatori hanno
deciso così, votando numerosi attraverso il telefono,
gli sms e le e-mail. I due finalisti si erano presentati sul
palco, a Beirut, sventolando entrambi le bandiere del loro paese
di provenienza, ma mostrando tutta la loro amicizia, solidarietà
e sportività. Tanta gente si era radunata a casa del
ragazzo palestinese Hasan nella città di Salfit, Territori
occupati, per gustarsi la finale in televisione, e infine la
grande delusione; tuttavia il padre del ragazzo ha dichiarato
che suo figlio è diventato il simbolo della lotta del
popolo palestinese per l’indipendenza: «Ognuno fa
quel che può. Alcuni combattono per la terra di Palestina.
Mio figlio canta per essa». Il programma è finito
tuttavia tra alcune polemiche. Tra i palestinesi la gente mormora
che il governo libico abbia predisposto delle linee telefoniche
gratuite per agevolare le votazioni a favore del loro connazionale.
Allo stesso tempo un giovane informatico palestinese ha dichiarato
di aver escogitato un cortocircuito per poter incrementare i
voti per Hasan. Comunque siano andate le cose, quel che resta
è solo la grande passione con cui il mondo arabo ha seguito
Star Academy. -

will never be erased from the memory of Ayman Al Atar &
the Libyan people the night Ayman was crowned the 2004 Super
Star. The competition took 9 months for the search of the future
star, & at the end a new star was born. A 22 years old Ayman
Al Atar from a Janzour city had no luck to participate in 2003
Future
Television Super Star show , and 2004 almost missed
it again after he traveled to Egypt to apply for the 2nd competition,
and was told it was too late. Ayman then traveled to Syria and
was accepted from 13.000 applicants in Syria alone. In the final
night of the compition with millions of voters used there cell
phones, regular phones, and the internet crowned Ayman Al Atar,

Music Video: I am Wadih Safieddine,
from ..né.à Beyrouth Productions.
I am producing, for Music Master, Ayman's first video-clip
of a song
called "Bahebbak".
The shooting will take place in Beirut during two nights next
week: sunday
10th and monday 11th of july.
One of the two nights, we will be filming in a night-club
called "Centrale".
As we need to fill the place with young people (girls and
boys, 18 to 25
of age) and since we don't have enough budget to pay for a
real full cast,
